Reservation Policy

Effective Date: 10.07.2026

THE BRAND ORIGINAL offers eligible customers the opportunity to reserve certain items for a limited period of time prior to purchase.

By placing a reservation deposit, the customer agrees to the terms set forth in this Reservation Policy.

1. ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Not all items may be reserved.
THE BRAND ORIGINAL reserves the right to determine which items are eligible for reservation.

2. RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Customers may reserve an eligible item by paying a non-refundable reservation deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the item's listed purchase price.
The reservation deposit is applied toward the final purchase price if the purchase is completed during the reservation period.

3. RESERVATION PERIOD
The reservation period is seventy-two (72) hours from the time the reservation deposit is received.
During this period, THE BRAND ORIGINAL will remove the item from active sale and reserve it exclusively for the customer.

4. COMPLETION OF PURCHASE
The customer must complete the purchase before the expiration of the seventy-two (72) hour reservation period.
If the purchase is completed, the reservation deposit will be credited toward the purchase price.

5. EXPIRATION OF RESERVATION
If the customer does not complete the purchase within seventy-two (72) hours:
- the reservation automatically expires;
- the item may be returned to active inventory;
- the item may be offered for sale to other customers.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

7. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Reservation deposits may not be transferred, applied to future purchases, exchanged for store credit, or transferred to another customer unless approved in writing.

8. STORE CANCELLATION
THE BRAND ORIGINAL reserves the right to cancel a reservation and refund the reservation deposit if the item becomes unavailable, inventory errors are discovered, authenticity concerns arise, the item is damaged prior to delivery, or circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent completion of the transaction.

9. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that I am paying a non-refundable reservation deposit equal to 10% of the item's purchase price. The item will be reserved for 72 hours. If I do not complete the purchase within that period, the reservation will automatically expire and my reservation deposit will not be refunded.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
THE BRAND ORIGINAL reserves the right to modify this Reservation Policy at any time.
